This series is one my favorites by Lauren Blakely and one of my favorite in general. Its full of emotion, angst, heartbreak, good times that make you laugh and times where you want to cry. Seriously, I rewrote this review so many times trying to find the words that did it justice and I've yet to find them but these will have to suffice. My heart ached for Trey and Harley! For these two to be so young, they had crazy obstacles to over come and at some times I didn't think they would. But their love for each other brought them through. Their love story was ugly beautiful and I loved being apart of their journey of learning that while love may not always be a smooth sailing sea, that storm is sometimes worth it in the end. Speaking of the end, that ending just gutted me, it was so heartbreakingly beautiful I can't even. Absolutely love this series, it's one that has cemented itself into my heart forever.

Love all three books in this series. I loved the way the series ended and couldn't have asked for it to end any better than how the author did. If you haven't read this yet I recommend that you do. Harley has a past just like anyone does but for what she went thru and why her past happened I couldn't imagine this on anyone but her savior comes and it's a rocky start but it ends so perfectly. I fell in love with them both. Go read the series now.
I cannot state just now much I enjoy Lauren's books! Each book, series gets better and better! This story was raw, honest, realistic and filled with twists and turns. The emotions that were developed were deeply felt and as I laughed, screamed and cried for Trey and Harley, I wanted to learn more. This series will not disappoint but insure wouldn't mind a novella in the near future with them 5 years later. There is healing and recovery in any addiction and I am glad that this was conveyed in this story. Well done!!!

I love the characters and the debth of the story. The author did it all at a perfect pace and Trey is my newest book boyfriend. If only my hubby said such beautiful things to me!!!

I did read the Thrill of it first then I felt I could not connect with the characters. I tend to skip some parts so I decided to go back and read The Start of Us first. It was a good choice. I connected and fell heal over hills for the characters. I could not put the book down!
I was not into this series, I tried to read it couple times, and I couldn't get through, until I decided to get it over with it. I have to say, that after few chapter I really started to enjoy it, and the more that I read I couldn't put it down. This series is amazing good, I love the caracthers, and the story, it was a little slow at the beginning, but it's really worth it.

Well written, with a very interesting story, amazing characters and breath holding twists, you won't be able to stop this strong and deep roller coaster ride! It is a thrill and a pleasure to read these series in one bundle. I would have been a 'bundle' of nerves to wait for each book, no pun intended. The hero and heroine in this story went through their own private hell to get their own slice of heaven and beautiful life. I don't want to give the story away, but I love that the author gave us full account of events and what i considered the epilogue followed the story to at least a year after the story would have ended. No abrupt ending and no cliffhanger as this is a bundle.

I am so happy for Trey and Hallie where they are at now, and I know these two will leave happily ever after. I will be reading more books by this author.
This trilogy was $0.99 at time of purchase. All I can say is "Wow!" This series blew me away. I loved both main characters with all their flaws and faults. They first meet when Harley enter's Trey's tattoo shop to get her first tattoo. They spend the rest of the night together talking, riding trains, etc. They never thought they would see each other again after that one night until the next day when they see each other at a support group and find out that they're both addicted to love and sex. Since both are trying to abstain from love and sex, they become really good friends instead. From that friendship, their bond to each other grows stronger.

It has been a long time since a story has moved me. There was not one instant where I was bored with the plot. I thought the two main characters were strong and believable and the conflict that they endured was something that could happen in real life. Read this book! Story will move you! You'll be at the edge of your seat biting your nails to find out what happens in the end! This was a great story! You will experience so many emotions joy, sadness, love, hate. It's all there! Because sometimes the road to love is not always smooth and calm.
